I noticed a request for a road ahead for Acumatica. Should we consider requesting one from Acumatic and xTuple? I know we have fewer members using xTuple though people seem somewhat intrigued by it and Phil and Brian are advocates. It's possible we may have some unsold affiliate sponsorships and if so the idea of additional road ahead sessions doesn't seem like a terrible idea. Not sure if we would have them as general (I think that would be best) or where you might be able to slot them schedule wise. In short I like the idea of diversifying with added road ahead sessions from Acumatic and xTuple so long as we don't get into a marathon. Maybe 1/2 hour for Acumatica, 1/2 hour for xTuple.

I think it would be an interesting experiment.

We have one 40 minute general session we could split between the two but you're not talking about inviting them without a fee, are you?? I thought they were going to be asked to buy one of the speaking options? We could work on the fee I suppose since it's not a full hour or even a half hour if split?

It would be nice to see a contrast between Acumatica, Sage, and xTuple. It also dovetails nicely with the diversification session.

Three road aheads, we need to charge the publishers. They get so much feedback from these sessions and insight into what the best and brightest resellers are thinking.

SC has been acting up this morning. Slow refreshes, etc. Tried searching and it somewhat locked up. As you can see on my screen shot above, I'm not seeing all pics.

I'm using Chrome and did close it and reopen it. Same missing images.

I'm on Chrome and having no issues so maybe you need to see if you are missing a update. Version 46.0.2490.86 (64-bit)

@ThereseLogeais Check SC with Incognito mode and see if you still have a problem. It might be caused by an extension you have installed.

Try a different browser, purge your browser history, set up an eye doctor appointment, just kidding about the last one. :)

I think it would be nice to have a road ahead type session - agree that this would be a good diversification opportunity and seems me members are interested. I'll leave it to the group to quickly figure out if this should be a paid vs free session. xTuple did not pay for a speaking slot - did order a paid ticket/dues renewal. We are awaiting paperwork from Acumatica - do not think they were planning on paying for speaking but maybe gold? Sage is not surprisingly silent on the issue - probably won't hear from them until 11th hour just like last year From memory I think we were ok with Sage speaking on road ahead if invited If the group is ok then seems we could invite Acumatica and xTuple to speak though probably for shorter time

Life is good again but for a while there, I lost ALL connection to SC. Phew, what a scare.

Both xTuple and Accumatica paid $5,000 last year. I believe several member firms picked the lines after they spoke. They should pay something. It would be nice to get another 5K from both again this year...... Something is still funky about MY SC sessions as I am not getting these updates in my home feed........ Sorry for the delayed response.

Last year, Sage spoke for 1:45 with Acumatica and xTuple each at 30 minutes. I don't particularly care for Sage getting an unpaid spot but I understand our circumstances and shared history.

Paige Erickson emailed that Sage is interested. Joo is on our webinar tomorrow regarding affiliates. I'll keep everyone posted on what Sage does (or doesn't) offer.
