I need to create a crystal report in P/R from Perpetual Check history listing earning codes (in columns) with a range of date.. My client has 7 EC's and the standard report only prints 5. Easy enough.. I am just looking for a head start. Does anyone have one similar I can tweak?

What's down the side? Employees? Dates?

Employees with summaries totals for each code with a date selection crtieria. It is replacing standard earnings report.

Crosstab sample - no EC selection, you'd need to add that. You can take out the lines if you don't want them.

Since the perpetual history report can be quite large, you might consider an Access Pass Though Query to speed things up. Unless of course they are using your SQL mirror enhancement.
