I need some help understanding the requirement for SQL Server User CALs when talking about Sage 100 ERP 2013 Premium. Is a user CAL required for each Sage 100 user? It seems that the server program does all of the writing to tables. It does reads, but so would any ODBC compliant program like Crystal Reports. I'm just trying to get my head wrapped around this a little better. I have a call into Sage, but I have no idea how long it will take them to return my call.
