I have a client that is running into issue after issue with Scanco's on the water. Some of this may be my lack of knowledge of On The Water. I have depended on Scanco. They sent in a trainer (not an implementer). The client is VERY frustrated. Does anyone know the product? I really need this working and rolled out and believe I have programming issues more than process. Honestly I don't know it well enough to know. I have been asking Scanco for weeks and they keep telling me they will get back to me.
