I mentioned I think at some point that a client was having issues with the fact that JobOps did not display AP Memo information when generating POs from within a WT - either Step or Item cut PO types. After much discussion with Synergistic, we learned that the PO generation process in JO just utilizes the PO Hyperlink function found when drilling down to a PO in Inventory Maintenance (a MAS function). And no memos appear during that process either.
The long and short of it, is that Synergistic has created a solution for this. They modified the program that calls the PO entry process in the MAS programming. So, if your clients are using JobOps and want AP memos to appear,during Item & Step cut PO creation, then the fix out there. Still doesn't work with Component Exception Manager (CEM) since multiple POs are generating simultaneously and require modification in the PO module.
Synergistic has said that no one has asked for or wanted this functionality previously. So am just letting you know that there is a solution.
