I like Sage Payments and all of my clients but one that need credit card processing integrated are on it. But, I have a client that does a lot of money and has a very favorable rate. They want the Sage integration (as they have now with PC Charge) but do not want to be forced to Sage Payment Solutions (as a sole provider). Still no alternatives other than processing charges outside of Sage 100 ERP?

We just signed an agreement with American Payment Solutions so we could test their integration. We're still handling the paperwork before we can move ahead. I plan on coming back here to share what we find. http://www.apsmerchants.com

Doug LaBahn addressed this on LinkedIn perhaps a month ago. Apparently SPS has the ability to create exceptions though the circumstances with which they would do so are not entirely clear. You might try contacting one of the higher ups at SPS or even Doug.

I don't think Doug answered a key question, ""If another vendor (APS) creates integration customization within Sage 100, what happens?"" APS claims to have its own integration within Sage 100, and it seems to me that that will make it possible to use them as a Merchant. Am I missing something?
