I know you are all in New Orleans melting right now, but just want to throw this out there. Have a client with a label report (using Sales Order Printing). One field is a Running Total field using the maximum command. If you print to a printer other than the label printer, this field prints fine. On the label printer, it sometimes prints as a space. Does anyone have ANY wild guesses?

Driver issue? I know I had a similar issue with a Dymo Printer, it printed the top half of the label and the bottom was garbled). We were able to get online and download the latest driver, go into the printer settings (from within Sage) and update everything there. For some reason the settings did not carry over from the printers and devices. So maybe double check and make sure the settings match from within all three sources: printer, Crystal, and Sage.

+1 @MichelleNichols idea - have had similar issues with zebra label printer drivers. I also had a weird one where the height of the field needed to be increased in order to print or it would be blank. It didn't make any sense as the data was not over length etc, but for some reason on the label printing it wanted a taller height to print consistently. Labels are always 'fun'.
