I just wrote a guide for Consolidating Sales Orders in Shipping (see attached). If you review it, let me know what errors you find, or questions you have. Thanks

@ClarkWalliser - consider adding to the beginning of your document a warning that integration with StarShip (and possibly other 3rd parties) may require an update to the 3rd party software. I called V-Technologies and they say they are now good through 2018.5 but you need to request the new Startship Link DL.

Interesting feedback @WayneSchulz My client contacted V-Technologies yesterday and was told there were NO issues with Sage v2018. I told them to dig a little deeper and they were then told that a fix was not quite there yet.

I just called today to ask them - I called the regular support line and the tech told me they were ok with 2018.4+. Let me send an email to be sure.

This is what I got back from V-Tech -- any translators want to interpret? Hey Wayne, Good timing we are actively working on a follow-up email regarding PU4 compatibility. We have an updated StarShip Link exe that will work with PU4 and include all previously supported features. If a customer consolidates orders within SDE StarShip will reference the first order number + all line items. This primarily impacts printing & reporting, not really the shipping process. We plan to further enhance the integration to include all consolidated order references with the Sage 100 2019 release. Let me kow if you have questions. Thanks!

This what client just sent me. Bold is my emphasis. Planning an upgrade to Sage 100cloud 2018 Product Update 4? We have completed compatibility testing with StarShip for Sage 100cloud 2018 PU4. Our latest release of StarShip now interfaces with Sage 100cloud 2018.4 with the following limitation. **StarShip will continue to create 1 invoice per order when consolidating multiple orders in a shipment. We plan to further enhance the integration to support consolidated information when using the invoice document as a source. This is planned for a 2019 release.** You are eligible to receive updates as part of your active Software Maintenance plan (valid thru: 1/11/2019). Your upgrade information is below.
