  • 1.  I just upgraded a Sage 100 Advanced client to 2013

    I just upgraded a Sage 100 Advanced client to 2013 PU4. Everything is working great except GL financials -- when I attempt to run even one of the Standard financial reports all I get is the attached image. Anyone know what this problem is?

    I would try and rerunning workstation setup.

    Does it happen on all workstations??? What happens when you click OK? What is the client OS, how much memory, how much hard drive. Could you post what AV is being run. What if you uninstall the AV??? Inquiring minds what to know....

    This turned out to be a JobOps issue. 1. Access Data File Display and Maintenance - SY_ClassEnhancement.M4T file 2. Locate and select record SYS158JT410001.SYS158SY_REPORT 3. Remove the record with the StandardClass$ field set to SY_REPORT
