90p Admin

I just sent everyone an invitation to Basecamp so that we can better manage our vendor member inquiries as well as have our Admin discussions. I was running into issues where vendor/publisher members would email questions and they'd cc: three or four people and that's when it's hard unless people always reply-all. By pulling the vm/pm into Basecamp and using the discussion feature we know exactly what conversation is happening. With 15 vm/pm - this is definitely needed. We are also going to pull the admin discussion our of SC since the scroll rate makes it easier to miss key discussions. I've setup a 90 Minds Administrative Team: 2015 project and we can originate discussions from within there. Please help in this effort by signing up for and using Basecamp for admin and vm/pm activities. Thanks!!

I already use Basecamp for another project and I like it. I think it is important to get all the traffic flowing to the central spot. The trick is to drive people there for certain types of communications otherwise it might devolve in to another social media tool / distraction.
