Sage 100

I just registered for Sage City. Can someone explain how to post a question on Sage City? Either I'm brain dead or the ""question"" button is missing or inconspicuous. I clicked on the Forums tab and selected Technical and Installation Discussions. Now what? This should be simple but I've been staring at the screen for 20 minutes and don't see it.

Tis a struggle. Thought I would give it a shot, tried to log on, nothing worked so I asked for a PW reset. Still waiting in the reset 30 minutes later. In the meantime, my PW for the Sage partner portal is no longer valid.............

I had the same issue. Had to reset my PW 3 times. It turns out it is supposed to be the same PW as the Sage Partner Portal.... confusing.

Once you get logged in with your password, select your Support Community (I chose SAGE 100 ERP) and look for the green NEW POST box in the upper right hand corner.

It looks like you have to 1) Join a community (group) before 2) you will see the green NEW POST button. The Join group link is right above the Remove Group from Favorites link.

Still waiting on my password reset.................

@JeffSchwenk - Check your spam. My pw reset only took a few minutes.

Had to call my ISP (he was working on his new house). Finally, mail is coming in 2.5 hours after it was sent...............

@JohnHoyt - Small town Iowa living! He was my hardware guy when I was a controller back in the day, he became my ISP when I started BLS in 1999 and he was client # 5 when he purchased MAS 90 from me in August, 2000 which was my best year ever.............

So I manage to get back into the partner portal (sigh of relief) but I manage to lock myself out of Sage City. Sure hope Sage City isn't going bankrupt like so many cities are these days.......

@JeffSchwenk Sage City will never go bankrupt. They'll just raise the fees for all the citizens.

I think Anthony Wiener should run for Mayor of Sage City!

The current mayor of Sage City was helpful with my login and migration issues (sagecitymayor@sage.com). However I'd throw my hat in for Big Louie as mayor!
