Today, November 13, 2015 is the last day for returning affiliates to reserve a spot. Starting Monday November 16, 2015 we will offer speaking sponsorships to new affiliates.
On Wednesday November 18, 2015 at 2 pm Moira and I will have a [webinar](https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5541604944875893249) for new Affiliates to give them an overview of our group and the options for MOTM.
I recommend that we extend early bird pricing to both new and existing affiliates through December 18, 2015 to give everyone a chance to get their paperwork in and paid. We can announce that on Monday 11/16.
So far we are still taking count of which affiliates are back and which are MIA. While the count is low I think probably half of those not on the list are still working to obtain budget approval.
