    I just got an email from Sage bemoaning the fact that I've decided not to renew my Client Care. WTF?

    I don't think so, @DawnAnastasi - that usually happens around the 4th of July and I see a payment to Sage on 6/20 of this year. PLUS I can still get into the KB, which is usually my first sign of anything wrong.

    I just tried to call to verify it's NOT my annual thing, and I was told there were no partner reps available and I could leave a message. AH - no. I think my meeting with Netsuite is on Monday afternoon.

    @Beth - I also tried to call the number provided on the renewal notice, got the message of no reps available and so left a message. That was well over a week ago and I never received a call back. Finally gave up and called my Partner Service Rep. I think the extension on the notice is bad, so you will go gray before you get a call back!

    I doubt if I have a Partner Service Rep, since I am one of those unwanted red-haired step-children (Consultants). I checked my files and it says I""m good through 4/12/2013, so I still think it was a mis-fire on Sage's part.

    I received my renewal notice 3 weeks after its due date. I have left three voicemail messages on the notice's number (still no word), sent email to CAM who forwarded it to rep who said I will now get invoiced twice a year. My partnercare expires in 2013. Tomorrow after a few deep breaths I will attempt round 2 of calls.

    That's okay. We received two copies of our renewal notice...same invoice number...except one had sales tax on it and the other copy didn't. The number we called to find out which one to pay always went to voicemail. We tried to fax it using the fax number on the notice and that went to someone's voicemail instead. I am glad Sage is getting their s**t together. We finally had to call the accounting department to find out which one was valid and they admitted the phone numbers on the renewal were not current...nice.

    Okay now I'm going to flip a lid on this same topic of renewals - I was on Atlas today 9/7/12 (it's Friday so if I get terribly frustrated with it I can at least cry in my beer later) and was checking my company's account settings, wandered over to the Account Management --> My company --> Service Plans and noticed my partner authorization plan is due to expire 9/20/2012. Not received an email nor hard copy invoice so emailed my latest sales manager with a screen shot and a request for invoice. He said he'd work with Ms. Thompson to get an invoice to me. This was followed by an automated reply from Ms. Thompson about how busy their department is and if it's an urgent request to mark my email urgent. Automated email repsonse??? Why can't they automate their invoice process? I can see it now, low revenue figures blamed on channel - even though it's Sage that is unable to invoice customer or partner renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
