I just finished a nice, very cooperative talk with Brian Webb about Summit. Takeaways:
- ALL food goes through McCormack catering, whether we meet at the convention center or the Hyatt. However, Brian says that those folks have been ""super cooperative"" with Sage. So Brian will work with us to make the most of Sage's connection there.
- Turns out that Tues Sage closes the trade show at 5:30, and then turns on the networking event until 7:30. This is not like they've done in the past. I assume we want to start ours at 7:30, yes? We can run it concurrently, if we choose.
- Sunday's Pre-conference is good. He'll arrange a room for ~25 people, and we can have food however we choose.
He's getting some details to us this week, maybe before Thursday's meeting.
