Sage CRM

I just attended the Sage CRM class (4 days) and it was pretty basic. I'm looking to attend more advanced classes. Has anyone else taken more advanced classes and what did you think about them?

They were great.

I took the Advanced class a year or so ago with Rob Lawson. Very good, good hands on and helpful. Assuming it's the same curriculum of course

I bet Peter could teach some great advanced classes.

I was about to say, now I know they'll let anyone in ... :)

@JeffSchwenk I just signed in today. @RobertWood sent me my access invite the other day. I will put up a temporary placeholder mugshot until I can take a good updated pic of my mug. I am excited to see a lot of familiar faces and some new ones.

@BrianBuck We've tried and just so you know, @PeterWolf can't.

@RobertWood I figured as much. I have worked with @PeterWolf in the past with a CRM customer of ours and he knows his stuff!

Okay, so I'm taking the exam for the CRM class, and there are only 2 questions? Really? That's the exam???

@RobertWood I don't follow? Something is lost in the translation...or my coffee is not kicking in today.

@JeffSchwenk and @WayneSchulz ...Now I got it. Between some rough tech support calls, taking a certification class and exam yesterday and a week of SAGERAGE my brain is not functioning at the correct capacity. I will return to my regularly schedule brain functions next week.
