Sage 100

I just applied PU3 to version 4.50 and noticed that they changed the splash screen on MAS to now read ""MAS 90 and MAS 200 are becoming Sage ERP 100"". Interesting. I guess that's one way to let the customers know about the name change ... flash it in their face every time they start MAS.

You do know that you can change that splash screen to one that is less offensive. At one client, for a couple days, I test marketed a BLS welcome page. Something along the lines of ""Who luvs ya baby"" with a picture of my smiling face. Of course it was a friendly client who appreciates my ""humor""......

Just wait until the screen is replaced with ""don't forget you can call us 5 times a year free!

Replace this file with one of your own. This is MAS 90. Not sure where the 200 equivalent is yet.

Nice Jeff. I can think of some phrases to replace it with on there. However, none are safe for repeating on this board.

So what is to keep you from creating one that ""looks"" Sage's but has your company contact information on it? Ok, I'm sure ""legally"" you can't do it, but that is only if you get caught.........

On another note to personalizing your customer's launcher, we have edited the welcome.html page in the launcher to add a link to our company website for support as well as our logo.

The referenced one is the new one after installing PU 3 or PU9

@GeneUlrich they are named 90wtitle.bmp and 90wtitle256.bmp in prior versions.
