I haven't seen an official announcement but have been told that Linda Cade is the interim (maybe permanent) product manager for Sage 100. She was on the Sage 100/300 payroll tier call which seemed odd unless she was also going to be managing one or both products. I don't know Linda very well but sat in on her Sage 500 ERP road ahead and she seems like a pretty good manager. There was nothing really unclear in her presentation. I think she has been with Sage for quite some time.

Linda will make a very good manager for 100/300. She has been doing well with 500 for quite some time, but having also to put up with obsolete technology and Sage not being able to decide if it was going to pull the plug on 500. So she knows how to get something accomplished under frustrating limitations - perfect person for 100.

I don't think lumping 100/300/500 together is going to have a great outcome in terms of driving any type of new feature/improvements. However, I am increasingly a believer that the future of 100/300/500 is mainly as the base for some functionality enabled by third party solutions. I don't think the trio have huge sales appear unless they are bundled with existing add-ons.
