    I haven't been able to access the ""Customer"" area of the new portal for 2 days now. Is it my browser or is it the site? I have tried it with IE and Chrome Version 32.0.1700.76.

    Can't reach it either same message, FireFox v.26.

    Is it possibly shut down to re-post the M&S renewals for February and March - previously posted then taken down?

    It's hard to say. I get this error quite frequently. Sometimes opening an incognito window in Chrome works. Other times I'll have to open an IE browser (I'm usually working in Chrome). Put plainly and simply - the portal is a piece of shit.

    Whenever I've called on this issue, they have me clear my cache.

    That's effin ridiculous to have to clear the cache. I don't want to clear the cache.
