  • 1.  I have two clients that I routinely access via rdp

    I have two clients that I routinely access via rdp connection. Occasionally, while in Sage 100, when I browse to find an import file, or browse to find a m4t file in DFDM, the application closes and tosses me out, sometimes out of Sage 100 back to the desktop, and sometimes just out of the application. Any ideas on what causes this?

    I experience the same thing. I always assumed it had something to do with Sage trying to access the redirected client drives (since it always seems to work OK the next time I try), but I never really tried narrowing down the cause.

    I've had it happen two or three times in a row, then be fine. Frustrating, though.
