I have two clients that I have upgraded to Sage 100 vs 2014. One on Standard, the other Advanced. The standard client has published the Sage 100 client as an application from a Windows 2012 server WITH OUT Citrix. The client running Advanced has published the Sage 100 client as an application from a Windows 2012 server WITH Citrix. Both are experiencing problems printing AP checks. If they print more than 5 to 10 checks, the check printing process will hang and then bomb. This does not happen if we install a local client and print checks. In both cases, the printer is a network printer and is defined on the host terminal server. I don't think they are printing to a remotely hosted printer. (I've asked that question several times of both clients to the point they get pissey when I ask.) Has anyone run into anything similar? Any suggestions?

Is it related to the AP check form? Did you simply convert it? There was a known issue with the GL formula, I think. Some suggested using a 2014 check form instead of converting. My customer had it hang as well and I modified the GL formula but the next time, she couldn't print the register because the check printing simply hung, although at least all the checks printed this time. I'll see if I can find the thread here.

You may need to Look at the Printer properties Advanced tab and ensure that the Spool print documents so program finishes faster, Start printing after last page is spooled, and Print spooled documents first options are checked.
