I have two clients that I have upgraded to Sage 100 vs 2014. One on Standard, the other Advanced. The standard client has published the Sage 100 client as an application from a Windows 2012 server WITH OUT Citrix. The client running Advanced has published the Sage 100 client as an application from a Windows 2012 server WITH Citrix. Both are experiencing problems printing AP checks. If they print more than 5 to 10 checks, the check printing process will hang and then bomb.
This does not happen if we install a local client and print checks.
In both cases, the printer is a network printer and is defined on the host terminal server. I don't think they are printing to a remotely hosted printer. (I've asked that question several times of both clients to the point they get pissey when I ask.)
Has anyone run into anything similar? Any suggestions?
