    I have two clients that are on MAS 90 4.3 that are having problems with reports printing to the incorrect printer tray (both HP printers). Even though tray 2 is selected as the default printer tray MAS does not pick this up and instead prints to Tray 1, which is the manual paper tray. I saw this reported as an issue back in 4.1 and was corrected, but does anyone have a solution for this on 4.3?

    What are they printing - A/P Checks, S/O forms ?? Some people on 90 Minds have posted this in the past and what seemed to do the trick was opening the RPT file in Crystal 10 for the form and clicking the No Printer checkbox OR if it was checked to uncheck it.

    OK thanks. I think they are printing GL reports in this case.

    I seem to recall that the ""cure"" was in one case to create a printer with the bin ""hard coded"" (default) rather than try to select it from MAS.

    Thanks Wayne. In this case the tray 2 is set as the default tray. Also I found out that it is happening on all reports. This printer is the ""Default"" Windows printer. I may try and create a second printer that is not the default and see if that makes a difference.

    What printer is it? There was a post a couple days back about an issue with HP2035.

    Jeff, that is the printer, an HP2035.

    I replaced the printer driver with the generic PCL 5 driver and all is good. Thanks for the help!
