I have the hotel all lock up. I just need to sent in the paperwork. (attached) We have guaranteed of 20 rooms for 3 nights. (90 mind is responsible for this ) with an increase up to 30 if we need it. The reduced rate is $169 plus tax (202.80) If people stay off site they will need to pay $35 per day pass. (Breakfast and happy hour) We are still working on the menus and the meeting room configuration. ***** I need green light to sign contract and send in deposit *****

Don't quite understand the meeting room arrangement. It looks like Friday AM is one big room then broken into two for the PM? Opposite on Saturday? Breakouts AM, one room PM?

Good point but with 40 people I am estimating at least $6000 with beverages.

We really need to get a headcount to finalize the configuration of the rooms. But the main issue is that the main ballroom is tied up for Saturday morning so we have to go into the smaller rooms. Originally we only have the smaller rooms but they have max of 55 people. I wanted to have the big room available if we need to have a general session (we have more than 55). Note the Big room does have an air wall that will allow us to break it into 2 smaller room. It is all moot If we have under 55 ... we will use the smaller room both days..

Some people have day jobs.......... I don't see any glaring issues. What if we go over 30 rooms? Do you need my Hilton Honors number for the planning points????? Go for it. If you don't do anything today, I'll look at it closer tonight when I return to the WHQ.
