I have one client using SMI, have a 2 workstation, 2 report manager 1 designer license. The CFO developed and can run reports just fine. The Accountant using report manager can run the designed reports though when Excel opens the cell that should contained financial data hase the #Name? reference. Anyone seen this?

was the add-in installed on the accountant's machine? Can you see the task pane? (assuming this is an add-in report)

Yes we installed the Designer Add-in even though we only have one License? Does it take 2 licenses for Desihner? That is not what Sage represented when sold?

the Designer add-in is a site license. but it must be installed on every workstation along with the Report manager. Only the report manager requires a license for each machine,

Thanks for the help, the funny thing is the Add-in was installed, we un-installed it then re-installed it and it works. The first install must not have written the dll correctly even though we did the install as Administrator.
