I have not seen this before, but it happened to me today on client system and all roles can access it. Created custom report with date and customer parameter, added to the menu v5.1.4, when I preview (did not try just printing) the parameter screen is blank. I can run it fine in report manager or outside of Mas90 and it works in my copy of client system. Any ideas how to fix?

If memory serves me, ensure that the 'save data with report option' is not enabled and you should get the parameter prompt

Someone reporting something similar on SAP site (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3307435) but no solution.

I worked on this some more on the client workstation. Still can not get the parameters to display once the report is on the menu. Runs fine in design mode. Works fine on my system copy. Almost like it is competing with something on the client side. I have them trying from another workstation to see if same result, but haven't heard back yet. If you notice the screen shot, the icon has a ? with a tubular icon. This is not how it is supposed to look. Just throwing out there if anyone has a clue.
