I have an GL Account UDF that is validated by a UDT and presents a lookup icon. I recently added several more UDFs, each validated by their own UDT, and they appear to be setup exactly the same way but do not present a lookup icon. I did setup the UDTs after the UDFs and then edited the UDFs to validate off the UDTs. Is that what I did wrong or is there a flag somewhere that determines whether there is a look up?

You hit the nail on the head. Custom Office UDFs aren't smart enough to go back. You will have to re add them to your forms.

Just re-add to the form? I don't need to recreate?

Thanks, that's great. I can do that on the fly. Thought I was going to have to wait till I could get them out.

Thanks again. I am embarrassed to say that several years ago, I think I actually deleted and recreated the UDFs.

Getting the mag glass to appear is hit or miss with me.

I have always been able to make it work long ago; however, Robert taught me something new and saved me waiting till tonight. Just deleteing them from the screen and putting them back fixed all 6 of them.
