I have an end user that wants to allow its customers to pay invoices electronically, via ETF, ACH, email/html link etc. What is your experience with this? I believe v2018 allows ACH cash receipts. Has anyone implemented this? How is it?

We have a handful of customers using ACH and click to pay through APS. It works well. Has a few challenges that are being worked out but overall works well.

@CooperBlack is the ACH your customers are using part of APS or is that native to Sage 100?

Also, do you recall the ballpark pricing of APS not counting the monthly CC fees?

@DougHiggs I must admit that I don't know the difference. I have not used ACH in MAS outside of APS to be honest. I can say that I BELIEVE that the customer uses the native Sage 100 tools and screens inside MAS to HOOK TO APS services. I see that there is an ACH deposit field added to Cash Receipts but I don't know if that is native or APS. Customer uses the APS screens to enter and store the customer account numbers just like the credit card numbers are not stored in MAS any longer but this is not done in totally new screens outside of MAS. I hope this helps. I attached a user guide I had in my files. I sent you the pages that show MAS vs APS screens for you to get a feel.

@DougHiggs I don't think that there is any charge for the software. The only thing you pay is the transaction fees. Don't quote me on that though.

I put in APS for a fairly small Sage 100 customer because they wanted to use the click 2 pay. The do not use the ACH portion. Prior to that they did everything via a manual CC terminal. The setup is pretty easy. APS sends you all the instructions and then they will schedule a time to walk you through the setup. I found it easy to install/configure. You have to read the manual. I worked with Bob Sosbee on a couple issues with click2pay as I think they did the coding for that portion. You probably can get similar functionally via Paya but knowing that we have a 90 Mind member involved in some aspect of the support tilts the scales way to the APS solution.
