I have an end user on Sage Fixed Assets 2013.1 - 3 user network edition. They want to upgrade to the latest. Looks as if 2015.1 is the latest Fixed Assets. Anyone have experience with this version? Ok to install?

I have updated one customer, no issues reported. I think you will need the 2014 installer in between.

We have several customers running 2015.1 and have nothing negative to report.

@PhilMcIntosh - that was my next question - does it only upgrade from 2014. The instructions online are very poor and while it implies that you need 2014 I have not yet found where it states that.

Yes, to the best of my knowledge you do have to go to 2014 first before 2015.. We just recently did one and it's working fine.

@WayneSchulz - http://cdn.dlm.na.sage.com/sagefixedassets/8300/sfa20151networkinstallationguide.pdf section 6-1 states that it needs to be 2013.1 but this might be a typo from when they updated documentation from 2014.1 as it also says: ""If you are not running the latest version, you will need to install prior releases in sequential order through the compatible version before you upgrade."" I would do the upgrade to 2014 just to be safe.

as long as you are not moving the location of the application it is pretty much a point and click installation. You will need to do the intermediate (2014.1) upgrade first. Also, Sage Fixed Asset support is always very helpful if you get in a jam.
