I have a workstation that was running Sage 100c standard with no problems. Today when you click on the icon, it prompts for the user ID and Password and prompts for the company code but does not open Sage. The green icon is visible on the taskbar of the workstation and the pvxwin.exe is open in the task manager but the screen is not visible. Any ideas?

Well, I figured it out. If I highlight the task on the taskbar and hold the shift Key down and right-click the sub-task window and select Maximize - it appeared. Yeah!

Just a generic ""this might fix a number of questionable 100c"" issues. Have user enter user code, password, and then choose settings (be sure user has role permissions). Choose CLASSIC desktop and then finish the sign in process. Then he/she could sign out, and then re-sign in and change back to STANDARD. I do know that I need to do this to see new folders after I add third party applications.

Check for an error on screen on the MAS server.
