    I have a user running 2014 Premium & when trying to lookup any Report Form Codes, the only option is Standard. There are multiple custom forms in the company Reports folder & if I type in the form code, it pulls the correct report, but won't save the form code & doesn't display the option the next time around. Has anybody seen anything like this?

    I had this once. It was fixed for me by restoring the Providex.xxx files in the root MAS90 folder. Here is a link to another time this caused trouble: https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/24855571

    I think manually reinitializing the sy_reportsetting will fix it - make a backup first.

    I've had this problem at two customer sites. I haven't been able to resolve it, so I would appreciate hearing what you find out, @SamanthaKnigge
