I have a user at one of my clients on MAS 200 4.30 that can't get the PDF to come up after generating it through paperless (this is a register). Adobe says the file is in use. I log into the terminal server (everyone runs MAS 200 through terminal server) and it works just fine for me. I tried adding the user to the local admin group; no luck. Note that this one journal/register is legacy, not business framework. When she updates a business framework one, e.g. G/L daily transaction register, no issues. Is there a permission somewhere else I have to check for where this process may put a temp file or something?
