I had this issue couple weeks back. Client kept complaining for over a month that her workstation kept locking up. I finally referred her to Sage for resolution. That worked for a week or so, then the calls started again. I finally asked, ""by any chance are you on a wifi connection to the server"" Why yes, I am, ever since a got a laptop workstation. ""Do me a favor then, please use a hard wired connection cat 5 connection"". Some push back. ""humor me please"" She did. Haven't had that support call since......
