    I have a Sage case logged, but thought I would inquire here also. Client v5.2.2Std, imported AR invoice batch yesterday (this happens if we manually do it also). If you go out of the batch and back in, the batch is listed twice. If you try to update the sales journal you never get the batch window and the sales journal window never populates with dates, it freezes and only way to close is master console. No error messages. We cleaned out all the data entry files, rebuilt AR files, reboot the server. System worked fine Friday. Doing a separate restore to test functionality, also checking other modules to see if same issues. Mas\AR programs folder does not appear to have any current dates for possible changes. Any thoughts?

    Have you looked at the GL_CompanyActivebatch file? Did you try rebuilding this? Have you tried to re-key the setup options for Batches in AR setups?

    Ok that was a weird one. Somehow there were 2 AP batch entries (they do not have batches setup in AP) dates were current. Once those were removed and everything else cleaned up. System worked fine again.
