Yeah nothing worked and I had quoted a fixed fee which I won't collect so I :""stop lossed"" it and said no hard feelings keep the dough but this doesn't seem as if it's going to happen.
Tip: For work on unsupported platforms, break up a fixed fee quote into ""initial review"" and :""final install"". The initial review should be payable whether successful or not. The second final install is only if the first step indicates that you can successfully complete. Otherwise if you can't get it installed after 8 hours you'll be eating your fee.
