I have a Sage 100 v2014 customer using eRequester. I'd like to move them to Sage 100 v2016 but eRequester is telling the customer that they need an upgrade from eRequester v2015 - 4.5.9.330 (version number read to me by the user).
My questions for those of you with Sage 100 customers integrated to eRequester:
a. Are they overall happy?
b. Do you install the latest upgrades or do you have eRequester do this? If eRequester does this do they charge extra?
I've started advising customers to have third party solutions upgraded directly by the third party provider however in this case I'm getting feedback from the customer that leads me to believe that eRequester hasn't been as responsive as the customer might like. There could also be some responsibility laid on the shoulders of the customer.
