Sage 100

I have a Sage 100 ERP 2013 user with FRX - they suddenly are not able to get their FRX Drilldown Viewer to display reports. The report appears to generate and the drill down viewer appears minimized. Cannot click, double click, right click, left click, etc to get the report to display at all. The rest of FRX appears to work properly. They are coming in on a TS connection though claim that this worked fine previously up to today.

Once in a while, Windows will ""display"" off screen. If that's the case, press, Alt-Spacebar, then the ""X"" key. That should maximize the window to the monitor. Although with FRx, it could be anything. Anything at all.....................
