I have a Sage 100 Advanced 2016.5 user complaining that sporadically their instance of Sage 100 will close out on them. I am not taking complaints from any other users so most likely it's localized to this user. I've verified that - Spawn tasks from server and low-speed connection are both unchecked as per [Sage KB 64852](https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=64852&sliceId=1&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=372306&docType=kc&isLoadPublishedVer=&stateId=372308&docTypeID=DT_Article&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl) Any other suggestions before I try giving them a new user login and see if that helps? I've recommended reviewing the AV exclusions which is my first recommendation to anything remotely similar to this. Naturally, the IT has already thoroughly reviewed and ruled out AV as per usual.

Do they happen to be connected via wireless (or have wireless enabled while they're hard-wired)?

Does the user ever get a message that Sage has stopped working? If yes, look at KB 17853

I don't believe they are connected wirelessly

Do they have enough hard drive space? Temp files may not have enough room.

Auto Logoff Delay in Minutes (in User Maintenance) doesn't have a value does it?

@KevinMoyes we tried checking off auto logoff and using a value of 600 minutes. It didn't seem to make a difference. So far as I'm aware it's just this one person's workstation.

Look in the workstation's Event Viewer for logged crashes, which might hold some clues.
