I have a Sage 100 2016 customer using Scanforce and after their upgrade they say they no longer get a signature on their invoices. They apparently had created a custom form that grabs the signature from the SF handheld and applies it to the invoice. I'm not seeing a field for this and I look back on their v440 form and it seems to be the same in terms of layout as their 2016 version. Anyone know what the secret is (short of manually copy/paste a JPG). I presume there's a way to pick up this digital signature from SF in order that it can go on the invoice?

I haven't done it in a while but I'm pretty sure it is a formula. They drop the JPG into a directory but don't remember what the directory was called. Sorry ! Go back and look at the form and see if you see a formula field.

I'm looking and can see MAS_xxx\Signatures -- I can't see where they put a formula on this form or the prior one - which is what's throwing me.

If you print from old version, does using that form with no visible formula work?

I'm making some progress - there is a UDF - UDF_SC_TRANSACTIONNO which is used in a formula ""Graphic Location"" (page footer 2 image). There is a graphic (blank so you can't easily see it) in the bottom footer. The formula is used under the tab#2 ""picture"" in the GRAPHIC LOCATION button. It seems this points to where the graphic images are stored. I believe that the issue here is that SF may be trying to store the graphic on an old server that no longer exists.
