I have a request from a client to auto create PDF copies of all invoices in a batch and then update the batch (All without any human interaction). The invoices are created from scanners and they would like have this happen periodically throughout the day. I can't find a way to auto-print invoices (pdf or otherwise). Am I missing something obvious? or has anyone seen a third part add-on ?

I have a client using a keystroke memorizer program doing this.

My gut reaction is to create a BOI script to auto-update the batch (all batches?), printing to Paperless Office. Then have a Windows Task Scheduler that triggers the BOI script every few hours.

You couldn't pick this up from the paperless folder?

We need the print/update invoices process to create the PDF's in the paperless folder.

Sage Task Scheduler to auto-post (but there is a current bug slated for fix with the next PU). Use something like Visual Cut to create the PDF's (which won't be in the paperless log... if that is what you need).

Visual cut is probably the route we go; although I may explore the keystroke memorizer program Beth mentioned. If I can find one the can be scheduled via windows task scheduler or something.

If Paperless is set up correctly, then the Sage 100 Task Scheduler is an easy way to accomplish the auto creating of the PDFs and posting the batches IF you set up a dummy printer for it to print the log to.
