Sage 100

I have a prospect familiar with MAS 90. I informed them that it is now called Sage 100 ERP. They have since referred to it numerous times as MAS 100. Oh well, I guess it's a start...

On the plus side, they will be less likely to end up googling articles on the sunset of the European Sage 100...

I call it MAS 100 too...just easier connection for clients. Heck, most of them still call it 90. :)

I got past that today with a client that is not current, but then they had a difficult time with version 2013, asking ""so that's 4.50?

I think the 2013 thing throws me worse than the Sage 100 thing.

Just wait until next year.

I just refer to it now as Sage. Next step will be to call it Sage 100 I guess. You do have to be careful with people calling and verify they're calling about Sage 100 ERP aka MAS90. I've had a few call about the NFP.

the next question will be to ask what ""version"" of Sage 100 ERP do they have. Watch for the deer in the headlights......

Ask ""what SAP?"" (standard, advanced or premium) and their eyes will cross.
