I have a problem at a customer when trying to open a custom report in Report Manager. When I try to open the report I get the message ""Unable to open Crystal Report Designer"". This is version 4.40.6. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Crystal 11.5 and SP6 as the Administrator. The server is 2003 R2. I don't have any problem opening up Crystal Reports when accessing a form, let's say from PO printing, it's only in Report Manager that I have this problem. Help?

Sounds like maybe a problem with the custom report portion of MAS. I have these types of oddities happen from time to time where I can run the report but not edit it through the menu.
