I have a PR customer who is trying to copy just GL, CI and PR to a backup company but when she tries changing all modules to just the above plus the PR forms button, PR changes to BR. I've seen this before but can't remember where or what I did. She wants to be sure and copy the PR forms because she has a custom Quarterly Governmental report and she doesn't want to pay me to fix it again (even though I've given her specific directions about which lines to change, etc.). Sound familiar to anyone?

Not ringing a bell but why doesn't see copy all the modules and be done with it?

It works if you don't deselect all modules but only deselect the modules you don't want copied. She's a very particular customer and I'm sure her procedures are to deselect all then reselect PR and Forms. What can I say?

Her response: ""I was deselecting all as per my written instructions, and then reselecting Payroll.

I have always had my PR clients make backup companies by selecting PR,CI, and GL if BR comes along for the ride, its ok, its a ""small"" module. @ThereseLogeais Thanks for sharing this ""tip"".

It looks like it is only in 4.4 (and possibly earlier) but it works fine in 4.5 and 2013.

I always had an issue with the PR selection. PITA! I would get hung up because I would try to unselect the PR FORMS. I finally quite deselecting the forms...
