I have a plethora of EBM questions that I'm hoping can be answered by some of you. I've been searching through the KB and extended solutions and can't find anything helpful. And the client is getting tired of me telling them their requests will require custom programming :) Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! MAS90 v4.40...assuming the EBM fixes have been put in but since I didn't do the installs myself, I can't be sure yet. 1. Is there a way to pop up a list of related items to purchase when a ""parent"" item is added to the cart? Client does not use kit items nor do they own BM so we can't go that route just yet. 2. Is there a way to re-sort subcategories within the Tree? By default, subcategories that are added are sorted in alphabetical order but client would like to control the order of them instead (i.e. ""ZODIAC"" then ""GAME""). 3. We are able to accept/reject orders within the entry task just fine, but when we get to printing/previewing the register, it comes up with no order lines and just zeroes on the far right. It does update the orders correctly though. 4. Is there a listing anywhere that shows the supported browsers and versions for EBM?

On number 1 - you can set up the list of ""alternate items"" and that can appear for an item but not a pop-up. On number 2 - I advise people to set up their tree in an outline style, meaning the high level categories are 05, 10, 15, etc. Then sub-categories of 10 are 10.05, 10.10, 10.15, etc. Then have subcategories of that as 10.05.05, 10.05.10, etc. Keep the numbers with spaces in between so you can add things in the middle. On number 3 - never seen this before. On number 4 - Traditionally I've seen IE being the ""supported"" browser although others do work.

We've created a suite of replacement templates for all of EBM that would likely solve most if not all of the issues. It might be a less expensive way than custom programming and likely would allow you to preserve most if not all of the work you've done setting up EBM and preparing the data in MAS 90. http://www.xkzero.com/software/estore_for_sage_mas_90_and_200.aspx

Dawn - I like your idea of the numeric sequence instead. I will pose that as a suggestion to them. And Paul - I will definitely look at your package and forward to them for review as well.
