I have a need for a custom Job Report for a customer and looking for a Crystal Guru to subcontract it to. They basically want a parameter driven report to calculate whether a job is ""good"", ""bad"" or ""break even"" based upon total cost plus burden. They have other criteria such as Average Days to Pay on the job which will make the report somewhat complex in my estimation. Let me know if you are interested!

FYI for those who responded privately. After receiving the request, I posted here. I also sent the customer a response that the report was rather complex (which it is) and that it would probably be a minimum of $3-5k. The controller who asked for the report, is going back to the person who asked for it to make sure they understand the cost. If I get the tentative approval, I will share more!

Gary, I'll be curious to know if they are able answer the question, ""What action would you take with the data from the report, and how would you estimate the $$ impact from those actions?

They produce the report in an excel spreadsheet manually, so the question really is ""How much is the time your person spends compiling the report worth to your company?

Notice I didn't say how much it cost. I am hip with this value gig.
