I have a customer's IT department who called to say that when their 2012 R2 Sage server (Sage 100cloud Standard v2018.3) self-installed some Microsoft patches - specifically one that he described as "".NET Rollup"" then the users complained about the suddenly slower speed of Sage 100. I've tried to guide him through trying to diagnose this issue by asking what else was running on the server (nothing but Sage) and whether they could get on the server when this happens and observe through task manager what apps are running and consuming resources. Also advised to review webroot AV. They said the patch causing the issue initially was KB 4457920 but that in subsequent updates it was broken into KB 4457045 and KB 57034. When they uninstall those Microsoft patches they report that speed goes back to normal. Any thoughts other than the obvious to keep digging on the Microsoft side?
