I have a customer with IIG's multi-bin. This customer wants to upgrade to version 4.50. I contacted IIG and was told the multi-bin product for 4.50 was just released. So I let the client know and go to IIG to get a quote. Then someone else tells me that multi-bin is not ready at version 4.50 for ALL modules, just business framework, and work order is not included. Now I had to go back to the customer and let them know multi-bin won't REALLY be ready for another 5 months. Gee, IIG, thanks for telling me the full story right out of the gate.
