I have a customer with an AR issue. When they create a new customer, and add a ship to address, the Customer Name, Telephone, Fax Number and Email are not populated. They would like these fields automatically populated. Am I missing the Easy button?

I think it's WAD like adding a new contact the phone and email are blank but address gets copied. I can see the customer thinking if the address copied why not the rest of the info.

Logical that a ship-to might have a different name, phone, fax, e-mail since it could be in another city or state.
