I have a customer with about 1,600 custom crystal reports on MAS 4.30. Most of these are just variations of each other. I'm trying to use MASCRCW (which I was able to test on a subset fo about 100) and when I try to select all 1,600 I get a ""The instruction at 0x6503b183"" referenced memory at ""0x0000000042'. The memory could not be read. Anyone tried to do this many custom crystal reports in one sweep using MASCRCW?

No, but I sometimes get that when there is a UDF involved in the report. So I have to do the conversion in bunches and deal with the UDF reports manually. (And sometimes it's because the UDF is in the legacy modules and I just forgot to go in and update them after the conversion.)

Do you not have to keep typing in password over and over again? Thought I saw a kb article saying there was no solution for this?

You need to use the older 4.3 version for v4.4 Although I have heard it was fixed in V4.5. Wayne can probably confirm that.

I was able to avoid having to type in a new password by: 1. First go into the ODBC connection on the main MASCRCW (I think you have to click setup or something) which takes you to the ODBC - on the login tab fill in the company, user , password. 2. Then login regularly in MASCRCW I was not repeatedly prompted for login. I've found if you don't take the extra step (#`1) then you are repeatedly pestered. And, yes, as @JimWoodhead points out I think at varying times this has been broken / fixed / broken -- so ymmv (your mileage may vary)...
