Sage 100

I have a customer who was hit by a virus. They are currently running version 4.3 SP 16. Don't even ask about backups because it's not a pretty answer. Bottom line is we need to reinstall the Sage 100 programs. We have access to the 4.3 install CD's but need a copy of service pack 16. Does anyone have a copy they can share? Thanks in advance for your help .

It boggles my mind that so many people don't do backups of their accounting systems. Or at best, they don't verify that their backup system is actually working. You're right: They aren't pretty answers, no matter what. I see IT jobs terminated over this issue. And David beat me to the upload. :-)

@DavidOverholt, my gratitude for your help getting the file. @LouWagner, don't even get me started. It's almost criminal. In this case, you have a virus attack coupled with a lack of backups and then further complicated by not staying current on versions or support. Each is a fire drill. Combined, it is a conflagration!

I'm resisting the urge to start soapboxing about it.
