    I have a customer who is on calendar year and must split month of october due to restructering and result in 13 months. Any pitfalls, gotchas or other relavant advice by our esteemed membership would be welcome. Currently on 4.4.09.

    I read that one and was not sure it fit this scenario, they are not crossing a fiscal year. If the short answer is going back to the begining of this year and doing the recalc then that is what I am taking from that conversation. Of course reconfig the fiscal cal. and doing it on backup company. This will be just for this year and then revert back to their same fiscal cal before restructure.

    We have an Oriental owned firm that ended each period on a Saturday. Every year was different but Sage handled it nicely. A year ago, they went to a standard calendar year and it handled that well too.
